Local. Simple. Sustainable. That’s the recipe behind our restaurant’s delicious cuisine. Grown and harvested on our grounds, ingredients are expertly prepared by hand every day. The few ingredients we can’t grow here (yet!) are sourced locally from neighboring communities. You’ll find the bar well-stocked, serving healthy smoothies, crafted cocktails, our very own seasonal Kombucha, and local artisanal beers. Located right near the stables in the forest, the bar attracts both guests and locals for spirited conversation, frequent live music, and even a bit of impromptu dancing. So bring an appetite for food and fun because you just never know what you’ll find here.

SPRING-FED POOLS
Enclosed by large river rocks and filled with crystalline natural spring water cascading from the mountain, our pools are a getaway within a getaway. Take your pick — one pool features a vanishing edge with a view of a towering mountain of primary forest, whereas the other features a shading roof and tree-trunk sculpture. True to our earth-first process, our pools are cleaned gradually using as few chemicals as possible, and the water is heated by a combination of solar and in-country gas.

LAKE & EVENT CENTER
Situated at the foothills of Children’s Eternal Rainforest, this unique venue is like a magical window to the jungle. Along the shore is a roofed, floating platform where you can take in the gorgeous mountain views. Relax your mind as you watch the running water used to power our electric generator graciously feed our lively fish pond. For your wedding or special occasion, we offer a space that is itself, truly worth celebrating.

YOGA SHALA
Along the shore of the Caño Negro River, our yoga deck is a large, open-air, covered space simply enveloped by nature. Gather, reflect, meditate, share and grow with other students of the practice. Here, you’ll find wisdom, inner peace and truthfulness, but never ego. Offering daily classes, our Shala welcomes everyone to regenerate mind, body and soul.

LIBRARY
Find focus in a space bathed in natural light, exposed to the breeze of the valley winds. Inside, our library and shared workspace comfortably accommodates up to twenty people, and the covered, mountain-view balcony welcomes another twelve. Complete with kitchenette and restrooms for your convenience, our library also has Internet service available for scheduled use.
